Hello

When I select parts of Excel 2000 document and paste that into Word[Paste
Special/paste link/picture {as well as all other choices under "paste link"
that I tried}], the  actual Excel cells are visible around each data value in
the picture that gets pasted.

Is there a way to only paste the data values and cell borders [if any] that
I created in Excel?

Thank you very much!

Hi Sam

This may, or may not work, but try the following.

In Excel, select your cells. Hold down Shift and then click Edit > Copy
Picture. In the next dialog box choose "As shown when printed". Then paste
into Word (just Edit > Paste will do, because it's already a picture).

Hope this helps.
