See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/SettingTabs.htm. After you insert a
right tab stop at the right margin, you type the text you want on the left,
press Tab, then type the text you want on the right.

BUT, how do I set the tabs for the entire document? I can do it on each
line, but can I do it for the whole shabang?

This is where styles come in. You have a paragraph style that has the tab
settings you want and apply it where you want it.

Or just select the entire document (Ctrl+A) before setting the tab.
