Is there a way the document will automatically insert page numbers in a
particular way? or do you have to insert them individually for each document?
Thanks

If you create a template for a particular type of document, and put
the page number in the proper place in the template, then every
document you base on that template automatically inherits the page
numbers in the same place.

Without a template, you do have to insert them in each document.
