MS Office Forum / Word / Page Layout / October 2005Formatting after copying from PDF to Word
I have copied a narrow column of text from a PDF document into Word. It retains the same format when copied so that even though I change the text size it retains the narrow format, ie only takes up half the width of the page. Is there anyway to format it so it would appear as though it had been created in Word, justified etc ? Turn on nonprinting characters, using the ¶ toggle button. If that's it, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/CleanWebText.htm for the procedure to remove them.
