Hello all.

I have created a document using the Tools|Letter and Mailing|Mail Merge menu
options.

I have specified the labels I am using (Avery 2160 1"x5 5/8"), all seems
well.

When I print, all the labels are about 4 or 5 lines too low. Nothing I have
done to date seems to help.

Any ideas? Printer is a Lexmark E322N.

Thanks.

Do you have, or have you ever had, a header in Normal.dot?

Do the labels print correctly if you use plain paper in the printer?

Yes.

I was able to get these to print correctly on labels by setting the top
margin from .50 (which it actually is), to .10

Sounds like your printer has a feed problem with labels, then.
