how do I set up a 365 page desktop daily planner that I can print

I'd like to create a 365 page (front/back) planner, starting Jan 1 2006,
using the same text for the body of each page, that has a header that will
put in the correct day/date for each page. I'm using Windows XP and Works
Suite 2004 which includes Word 2002

It won't do it all for you, but you might be able to use my date
sequencer addin to help with the date entries.
