How do I print text at an angle?

I'd like to be able to print text at an an angle.

For example, I want to be able to print 'This page intentionally left blank'
from the bottom left hand corner of the page to tht upper right hand corner
of the page.

Maybe a watermark will do the trick.
Format - background - printed watermark ...
