Know a word template for writing computer related books?

I am finding a word template that would help me write computer realated books
- programming, GUI toolkits, etc. The tempalte would have table of contents,
chapters, index, appendix, etc.

I would rather have as many bells and whistles since it would be easy to
remove something than to add.
