I have created a form. 2 forms will fit on one 8/12 x 11 paper.  Each form
has a large black title typed at the top.  However when I go to print preview
or when I print it, the title is gone.  It is still on the screen in word,
again however it is not visible in print preview or when I print.  HELP

Possibly it is outside the printer's printable area, or perhaps you have it
in a text box? If the latter, be sure to check the box for "Drawing objects"
on the Print tab of Tools | Options.
