doc print from letter to A4

Hi Folks,

Do you have any solution to print/ keep the intact format fm letter size to
A4 size as our users always got some problems after moving into A4 size and
consequently it has to manual adjust for the document, thanks for your help
in advacned.

If your new documents are being produced in letter size and you want A4,
then open the template(s) and change the template page settings. Existing
documents you'll have to change individually.
Don't forget to change the default printer settings to A4 also.
