How can you take a 8.5X11 document and turn it into a 11X17 phampl

I have a 4 page 8.5 X 11 document and need to make it into a 11 X 17
phamplet. Please advise?

If you have Word 2002 or above, you can choose "Book fold" and select 11 x
17 as the paper size. In Word 2000 and later, you can also use the "2 pages
per sheet" option in Page Setup. Note that you must have a driver installed
for a printer that can print 11 x 17.
