My document has different sections, but they have the same header, how can I
set a header in landscape position?

Sadly, you have to re-do the headers and footers for each change of
orientation. (If only Word had relative tab stops!) Make sure you understand
what the 'Same as previous' button on the Headers and Footers toolbar is
doing.

If you would prefer to have a portrait header on the landscape pages, see
