I want a page border with repeating words in Word.  How to?

I'l like to create a page border with a words that repeat around and around
the page.

Unfortunately, there's no way to do this other than manually, but see

Thanks.  I know I've seen it done, and was hoping it was a Word or Publisher
feature.  I'll see what I can do with the hints you've referenced.
