Problem with Margins

I have my default margins set to 1" top and bottom. When I open a new
document the margins are 1", however, when I start typing in the new document
and I go to save I get a dialog box that says "the margins are outside of the
page" if I go "fix" Word sets the margin to 2.67" if I "ignore" Word cuts of
what is on the bottom of the page. I am using Word 2003.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I can fix it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Dee

The 2.67" margin is the dead giveaway. You're using an HP LaserJet, right?
Although there are other workarounds, most users have said that using a new
driver from
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html solves the problem.
