I have several hundred letters I need to print. Between every page there is
a blank page. I have checked all the settings but can't find what is causing
this When creating the document I ran over onto a second page but then
deleted some items to squeeze onto 1 page. However, the second blank page
still shows up, how can I get rid of it.

If this letter has been created with a mail merge, there is a section break
(next page) at the end of each letter. Did you make the corrections in the
mail merge main document and reperform the merge? Display nonprinting
characters to make sure you don't have empty paragraphs or a page break; see

Suzanne, the user said something about mail merge. How do you eliminate the
section break from it (you mention making corrections in main document, and
reperform the merge)? There were no corrections made by the user.

You can't (or shouldn't) eliminate section breaks from a letter merge. But
I'm confused about the nature and source of this document. You said, "When
creating the document I ran over onto a second page but then deleted some
items to squeeze onto 1 page." Now you're talking about "the user." Who is
doing what here?

If the 100 letters are created by mail merge, then any corrections or
deletions should be made not in the resulting merged letters but in the mail
merge main document.
