how do i set up land scaping documents in word?

im trying to create a new document for my work, and i cant seem to get the
lay out to land scaping, can anyone help?

File/Page Setup. Look for Orientation on one of the first two tabs. (Can't give
you any more detailed information than that, since you don't tell us which
version of Word you're using.)
