Can you create in-line (or run-in) heads in Word 2003?

Hi,
I've searched and searched, and I don't see anything in Word books or FAQs
about run-in headings. You know, the Heading 4s that look like bolded body
text and includes the following text on the same line instead of below it. I
don't want to just bold Body Text, because I want it to appear in the ToC.
It's easy to select in Frame as a Paragraph Style attribute.
 
Does it go by a different name? I would appreciate knowing one way or the
other.
