page number errors in header and/or footer

We are using Office 2003 and have found a problem with page numbering when it
is included in the header or footer. The document has multiple sections and
we want it to show Page X of X for each section. The first time we print the
document it will show Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, Page 3 of 3, etc. up to the
total number of pages for each section. The second time the document is
printed it will show Page 1 of 4, Page 2 of 4, Page 3 of 4, etc. as it should.
