New Word document opened in Print layout view does not display full page
incuding margins, only area for typing.  View Headers & Footers, click close,
the Print layout view is now OK.  Normal.dot template displays properly as
well.  Any suggestions?

From the Tools menu, select Options and then go to the View tab and check
the box against "White space between pages (Print view only) in the Print
and Web Layout options section of the dialog.
