I'm writing a book in Word 2003 and my pages are in landscape format. How do
I number each side of the page as page 1 and page 2 so that when printing the
printer will print all odd pages and all even pages?

You're going at this the wrong way (unless you're using "Book fold," in
which case this will all be taken care of for you). See
