Breaking words in cells

I have a table where the cell is not wide enough for a word. the word breaks
with out a hyphnen.

How do i change that?

Make the cell wider, use a smaller font, insert a hyphen, or use a shorter
word.

Click where you want the word to break, and press Ctrl+hyphen to
insert an optional hyphen.

If you're using a newer version of Word, look in Table/Table
Properties/Cell/Options. Turn off "wrap text" and activate "Fit text". That
will automatically change the font size so that the word fits on one line.
