I want to have a page border on just part of my document.  I go to file/page
set up/layout.  I get lost here.  I have tried Continous and From Here
Forward, but it takes the border off all the pages.

Similarly, how do I take the header off of select pages only.  I have tried
it and it removes header from all the pages.
