MS Office Forum / Word / Page Layout / May 2006Auto Text in Header and footer
A member of staff cannot use auto text facility in Header and Footer it is greyed out. All other staff members have no problems. OS XP, Office 2003. Any Ideas? See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/BlankDocNotBlank.htm for instructions on renaming Normal.dot (or just start with the /a switch) to see if that solves the problem. SignatureSuzanne S.
