I'm useing Office 2003 Word Trying to build several documents and save as a
template and share with my co workers Ihave been useing drop down boxes and
fill in boxes. But when the enter key is used the document shifts Is there a
way to stop this Thanks Steve54

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at

The first link is a list of links. It includes one on changing the behavior
of the Enter key.
