Hide page numbers in Section 1 continue Section 2 normally

Am trying to hide page numbers in Section 1 and begin page 1 in section 2.

1. In section 2, select the header or footer that displays the page number.
Unlink it from section 1 by clearing the 'Same as previous' button on the
Headers and Footers toolbar.

2. Go to Insert > Page numbers. Select Format. Set the 'Start at' value to
1.

3. In section 1, select the header or footer and delete the page number.
