how do you rotate an organizational chart to be in landscape on 8 by 11 word sheet in ms word? You'll need to change the page orientation to landscape first, which will require section breaks (see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/LandscapeSection.htm). Alternatively, if you won't need to edit the org chart, you can copy, Paste Special as Picture, set wrapping to something other than In Line With Text, and then rotate.  SignatureSuzanne S.
