I am trying to get a document to print with page numbers. The numbers whether
inserted using footer or by "insert page numbers" command appear on page in a
grey shaded box in correct order. However, they do not appear on the print
preview or when I print the document. Any ideas how to fix this would be much
appreciated as it is for my honours project that I need to hand in ASAP.
Thanks
