How do I export a Word template into Adobe Photoshop?

I want to import a blank Avery template into Adobe Photoshop.

You're talking apples and grapefruit. Tell us about the complete job
you're trying to accomplish... It might make more sense to transport
PhotoShop graphics into Word. If you're trying to put pictures on
labels, see http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm.
