When I do a footer and insert from auto text Page X of Y, the document on
screen formats correctly.  However, when I print, the document does not print
in that manner.  Rather it prints 2 of 2, 3 of 3, 4 of 4 instead of 2 of 4, 3
of 4 and 4 of 4.  I do not know what to do to make this work.  Please help.
