How do I rearrange the order of my pages in Word?

If each page has its own header, display the document in Outline mode,
display only the headings, then drag them around as you need.

Otherwise, cut and paste.

On the Outlining toolbar in Outline view there is a Show Level box. You can
select which levels to display.
