I have checked help and can't figure out how to create
a directory booklet using 81/2x11 paper in landscape
mode so that there are 5 names per page.
Imagine 15 sheets of paper turned landscape and then
folded in half with the fold line on the left. The page edges are
on the right and so each page is turned to reveal both the
left and right next pages. Please forgive my laborious description. I
don't
know the technical terms.
The top page is the right side of the top sheet of paper. Page 2 is
the other side. But page 3 is the right side of the second sheet of
paper,... and so on.
So I'm trying to figure (have worked for hours)
how the word document will know how to correctly number the
pages (printing both sides) when I want 5 names (with addresses)
per page. I have mocked on up using cut and paste so I know that
it takes 15 sheets of paper.
Thanks for any help on how to do this.
