If you have large quantities of text (and especially if you're wanting to
balance English and Urdu paragraphs), a table, as Stefan suggested, is
appropriate, but the usual way of placing text to the left and right of a
single line is to place a right-aligned tab stop at the right margin and
insert a tab character between the blocks of text (i.e., English<tab>Urdu).
