Acts like every page is an envelope

I attached an envelope to a letter.  It became section 1 while section 2
was the letter text.

I first printed only page 1, the envelope.

When I told it to print page 2, the letter, it truncated the text as if
I still was using an envelope.  Looking at the settings, section 2 had
8.5 x 11 paper size while section 1 had the envelope size.  Yet it seems
like it does not realize that the paper is different.  What is the
problem?  I'm using Word 2003.

Thanks in advance,
- Alan

I can't recall having ever seen anything like this. Since no one has
answered here, you might try in the word.printingfonts newsgroup, where
you're more likely to find print specialists. Right off-hand, I'd say try
replacing your printer driver with the newest version.
