Is it possible too have MS Word to function or look like the new "IE and or
FireFox".
Having multiple "Pagebars" being presented in the same window.
This will prevent overloading of the already overloaded taskbar.

Word lets you choose to place documents in the taskbar or not. It can't
display them in tabs, but it will display them in the Window menu.

Tools - Options - View, remove the check next to Windows in Taskbar.

Or, if you're using Word 2007... Office - Word Options - Advanced tab -
Display subsection, remove the check next to Show all windows in the
Taskbar.

In Word 2007, there is no Windows menu... in the View ribbon, click Switch
Windows to see a list of open Word windows/documents.
