I have a client that just upgraded to XP pro and Office.
We are using an HP 5 Si with an envelope feeder and 2
lower trays. Full letterhead paper is in the MP tray and
footer only paper is in tray 2. Tray 3 holds plain paper.
We need to print from tray one for first sheet, and 2 for
all succeeding pages. Then an envelope. I get is set up
and all is well until I exit word. When I return,
different trays are selected.
How can I make these settings 'stick' short of using an
autorun macro?

Thanks in advance

Can you set these options for your client's printer in Windows with Word
closed? Otherwise, put a macro in your letterhead template.
