Neither the printer nor the Word application has the first clue which way up
the envelope is, so treat the back as the front. You will probably have to
create a template to do this; alternatively if you want the same information
on the back of each label, you could use the method suggested for return
addresses at http://www.gmayor.com/Alternative_Return_Addresses.htm

Commercial printers handle this with the flap open so that the print is not
deformed by the varying paper layers under the (folded) flap. If your
envelopes feed lengthwise to the left of the tray, you may be able to do
this with an ordinary landscape setting. If they feed crosswise, you can
still do it, feeding the body of the envelope first, with the flap trailing.
Just increase the paper size to take in the flap and put the text at the
bottom of the page (experiment with plain paper till you get the print in
the right place).
