We've just released a new font called Mariner through our website.
It's free to try out and available for Mac or Windows.

Mariner is bassed on hand lettering originally done by Willy Pogany
for his illustrated edition of Coleridge's Rime of the Ancient
Mariner. it's a variation of classic medieval lettering with
decorative elements and alternative versions of almost every
character.  Our Pograny collection is currently in development and
will include a number of Pogany fonts as well as borders,
decorationsand art from his lavishly illustrated artist-designed
books.

To try Mariner out just go to our main page at

Hi, Roel,

Go to http://www.ragnarokpress.com/scriptorium/ and look at the
paragraph of text under the headline. The next-to-last sentence says

"CLICK HERE To download the demo version of Mariner."

Although not many of Scriptorium's fonts fit the needs of the
documents I write, I've always found the fonts to be of good quality
and the company to be worthy of respect.

Click on the link for your OS, and you'll be downloading a trial version of
the font.

It's not that difficult, Roel. Get those neurones working!

Hi, Dave!

A user got confused because he didn't see any link to a trial version of the
font. It was easy for to click on the font's image to go the download page,
but looks like the method adopted is not intuitive enough for everybody.

If I was you I'd sleep on it to see what you can come up with to make it
better.

Just came on this thread.  We've been doing it this way for about 6
years and never had a problem before, but maybe people just weren't
telling me.  I'll see if I can make it more obvious for our next new
release at the end of this month.
