How can I setpup envelope printing so that for all
documents I only have to highligh text then click the
envelope button to get the envelope printed correctly? I
managed to do this once but the settings got wiped and I
can't remember how I did it. I know the envelope margins
need to be specified because the default ones are not
right. At present there isn't even an envelope button on
the toolbar. Thanks, Graham
