Hello

I'm running Word 2003 on Windows XP.
When I'm logged on on my account, I have no problems
printing. However, when my wife logs on with her account
we cannot print documents that she creates. When we click
on 'Print' (or try to use any other method of doing so,
a 'save as' dialog box opens, asking us to save the
document in microsoft doucument imaging format [*.mdi].

Any advice on how to prevent this and print the docs
gratefully received.

Tony

What printer is set as the default? It sounds as if the Microsoft Office
Document Image Writer is selected.
