How to correct the problem of a font size in Word actually
prints smaller than the same font size in Excel?

It can only mean that either or both of the documents are being printed at
other than 100%. Excel is more likely, since the page set-up gives you an
explicit scaling option. But in any case, the answer most likely will lie in
the Page setup dialogs.
