Installing a "new" font

When I go into my computer control panel, fonts I see Lucida Calligraphy
Italic listed as a font installed on my computer.  BUT, when I go into Word,
it does not appear on my font dropdown list.  How can I make it available in
Word so I can use it on my Word documents?
