MS Office Forum / Word / Printing and Fonts / December 2004Output Prints Ok, but On Screen is Different
A co-worker recently added the greater/less than symbol from the character map and has since had a print/view issue. He says that this particular document prints ok, but doesn't look correct on screen. Any suggestions on what causing this? He's using Word 97. Thank you. I guess that would help. ;-) He told me that when he input a "greater than" ( > ) character, it insert the character and a carriage return that cannot be removed.
