Problem with Word SPOOLER

Hi all ,
i have a problem with a little word document that i use as first page fax.
This word document make with a picture insert in a HEADER/FOOTER. This
document ( but i make more of this ) have a 100kb max size.
The problem came when i print it cause my spool network printer arrive
25.4mb !! INCREDIBLE!!

So give me some problem cause i wait for minutes to take the stamp or never
stamp.

Someone help me??? I just restart my spool printer server but dont revolse it.
