I have Windows XP. I have a .rtf file whose size of file is 510KB & I work on
this file
every day using Wordpad. 2 days back I was working on the same file when
suddenly power went
off & my PC shuts downs. When power resumed, I turned on my PC, which turned
smoothly
without showing any error of any sort. When I logged into my account, I
opened that file &
found squares instead of letters. There are only squares and nothing but
squares. When I hit
keys of keyboard, letters appeared where the cursor is & I can insert or
copy any text from
any other text file. It appears as it is. But the text I had on that file
before power
failure is all squares now. When I copied that squared text in Word 2003, it
also appeared
as squares in Word 2003. When I pressed ctrl+A & tried to change font, the
squared text
remained as it is. Only size of the square changed.
Plz Help Me Here.
