Hi I had a user call with a problem with printing a document created using a
template created by his firms office in the USA
he gets a blank template and inputs the text, if he emails the finished
document to the USA it prints out perfectly, However if he tries printing it
here in the UK it prints on A4 paper, a A5 size document with a font size of
around 48 so, just a fraction, he has only tried printing 1 page so far its a
28 page document... any ideas oh its word 2003

Recreate the template using the users version and language settings.
Or--
It may be necessary to save the document in an earlier version compatable
format,
such as word XP (word 2002) or even earlier.
