I am typing into a table within word which goes over 2 pages. If I view the
table on the screen it looks fine but when printed the line on the bottom of
page 1 is repeated on the top of page 2 !! any suggections

Sounds like a buggy printer driver. If you can't find an updated driver that
fixes the issue, you could test the theory by printing with another printer
driver... say to the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" (which
"prints" to graphics files).
