See "Convert Labels into Mail Merge Data File" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's
website at:

http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm

You should be able to modify the method there to covert the data into a form
that can be used as a mailmerge data source and then use mail merge to
create your document.

Hope this helps.
