Crack the Password of Word File

Hi there,
I am reading(opening) the DOC files programatically using C# and Word
COM Library exposed.
When the Doc file has password then it popups a message box asking for
password.
My question is:

Can we bypass this?

If not, how can we crack the password efficiently and automatically.
