Is there any interface to disable auto macro

When a document is opened with the SHIFT key pressed, the macros are
not executed automaticlly, Are there any way to disable auto macro by
program?

Yes. Look at the DisableAutoMacros section in
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/WordBasicCommands.htm.
