Can anyone help me?  I have a client who is running word
2003 on a network with a 2000 SBS server.

The problem is that whenever they go to create a new
document using the templates, the templates page is
extremely slow opening up.  I have tried a couple of
things to resolve this however have had no luck.  The
machines running office 2000 are fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
